Mobile DPF cleaning is an on-site service where our certified technicians travel to your location - fleet yard, truck stop, or roadside - with professional cleaning equipment. We remove accumulated soot and ash from your diesel particulate filter without you needing to drive to a shop, minimising downtime and keeping your truck earning.

The level of cleaning required determines the approach. For light to moderate soot loads, we can perform on-vehicle cleaning. For heavily loaded or ash-compacted filters, the DPF typically needs to be removed for a full bake-and-clean cycle. During our pre-service check we will advise you on the best approach.

From arrival to sign-off, most mobile DPF cleaning appointments take 2–4 hours depending on soot load severity and filter size. For heavily clogged filters requiring a bake-and-clean, the job may extend to 24–48 hours total.

Key warning signs include: DPF warning light or check-engine light on the dashboard, reduced engine power or limp mode, noticeably higher fuel consumption, excessive black smoke from the exhaust, and more frequent forced regeneration cycles. Yes. Our mobile DPF cleaning service includes a 12-month / 100,000-mile warranty on the cleaning quality. If your DPF fails the post-clean flow spec, we re-clean it at no additional charge. Full warranty terms are provided with your service documentation.
